Faith Lutheran High School commonly known as Faith or FLHS is a parochial high school for students in grades 9-12 located in Crystal Lake, Illinois. It is affiliated with the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod and serves students of McHenry County, Illinois. The school's colors are black and red and its mascot are the Saints.

FLHS was founded in August 2004 with eight students. The first class of ten students graduated in 2008. The school was initially located at St. John's Lutheran Church in Union, Illinois. In January 2006 it moved to the unused Hawthorn school building north of Marengo, Illinois. In 2009 the school again moved to Immanuel Lutheran Church in Crystal Lake, Illinois which provided a location more central to the county.
The low student-teacher ratio provides students with direct access to teachers and allows them to get assistance when needed. The school offers classes in theology, science, art, mathematics, physical education, English, social studies, practical skills and the languages of Spanish, Latin, and German.
The school has participated worked with the AFS Intercultural Programs to host exchange students from Brazil, Paraguay, China, Panama, and South Korea.
FLHS currently offers boy's golf, basketball, and volleyball, co-ed cross country and track and field as well as girl's volleyball and cheerleading.
Student Council is a student government that organizes extracurricular programs as well as running fundraisers to help with the school's annual trip to Six Flags Great America. Mission Fellowship is a group dedicated to Christian evangelism. Illinois YMCA Youth and Government allows students to travel to the Illinois State Capitol where students act as delegates to pass mock legeslation
